Walking In Divine Order
>The goal is to be divinely led in a divine order. We are spirit beings and should be led by the Spirit. In fact, the Bible goes on to say that we are to live by the Spirit. —Pastor Mirek Hufton-Forever Free-pg. 44
Rom 8:14 For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God. —Romans 8:14-KJV
This sounds so great and awesome when we read scriptures like this, when we hear someone preach them or even when we speak them ourselves. However, there is a struggle. There is a battle. There is a war. This war is between our flesh and our spirit. Our flesh battles against our spirit to satisfy its needs and desires. The flesh wants more and more and more. It is never satisfied, thus making us unsatisfied and constantly searching for fulfillment and satisfaction. The only thing that brings fulfillment and satisfaction is The Spirit of God. That is why we must submit to The Spirit daily and crucify or bring our flesh into submission and under control of our spirit which is led by His Spirit!
It’s so important we get this deep in our spirits. God created your spirit. God created your spirit to have dominion over your mind, over your emotions and over your will.
When our living is dominated by our spirit, it allows us to operate as true sons of God with all its privileges and inheritances and benefits that await us. If we are not living by the spirit, then we are led by our emotions and our physical bodies.—Pastor Mirek Hufton-Forever Free-pgs 44-45
Rom 8:5 For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit.
Rom 8:6 For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.
Rom 8:7 Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be.
Rom 8:8 So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God. —Romans 8:5-8-KJV
One thing we need to recognize is that Satan owns and controls the realm of the flesh. He controls the area and of our body and emotions. We must not be carnally(fleshly) minded(ruled)! When we operate in that realm of existence we are allowing Satan control and access to our lives. He will guide us in our actions, in our decisions, our attitudes, interactions with others and ultimately in our failures and sinful behaviors. We must allow our spirit to ruled, being spiritually minded, aware and receptive of the things of The Spirt. Living like this will bring peace to our lives.
Walking in the spirit is making choices, not by emotions, but by the Spirit of God who resides in your spirit. God has placed divine order on
this earth, and we must obey the divine order to come in line with His blessing.—Pastor Mirek Hufton-Forever Free- pg. 45
The Battle Between The Flesh And The Spirit
Gal 5:17 For the flesh lusteth against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh: and these are contrary the one to the other: so that ye cannot do the things that ye would. —Galatians 5:17-KJV
Gal 5:17 For the sinful nature has its desire which is opposed to the Spirit, and the [desire of the] Spirit opposes the sinful nature; for these [two, the sinful nature and the Spirit] are in direct opposition to each other [continually in conflict], so that you [as believers] do not [always] do whatever [good things] you want to do. —Galatians 5:17-AMP
Gal 5:17 For the desires of the flesh are opposed to the [Holy] Spirit, and the [desires of the] Spirit are opposed to the flesh (godless human nature); for these are antagonistic to each other [continually withstanding and in conflict with each other], so that you are not free but are prevented from doing what you desire to do. —Galatians 5:17-AMPC
Gal 5:17 For the flesh sets its desire against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh; for these are in opposition to one another, so that you may not do the things that you please.—Galatians 5:17-NASB
As you can clearly see, there is a common theme, a common understanding and necessary revelation to all of us who desire to follow Jesus and as the US Army would say “Be all you can be!” There is a struggle and conflict between our flesh and our spirit. Our adversary is the Head Coach for the Flesh. The Holy Spirit is the Head Coach of our spirit. We must follow the instructions, plans and directions that the Holy Spirirt delivers to our spirit. We must subdue our flesh, follow the Spirit and walk in freedom and victory!
1Jn 3:8 He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil. —I John 3:8-KJV
The lesson we learn from this is that we should not be body-ruled. We must learn to put off the old man. This is an act of our will. Yes, you can learn to walk in the spirit. We can learn to put our bodies on the altar every day. We worship God when we serve Him with our bodies because our bodies are the organ of our will.—Pastor Mirek Hufton-Forever Free-Pg 46
It is time to make a decision. It is time to choose which side we are on, which side we will follow. Today can be the beginning of a brand new walk and brand new way of living. A way of life of divine order, peace, joy and blessing. Will you decide to follow the Spirit? If so, lets pray!
Prayer:
Holy Spirit I Surrender to you today. Holy Spirit help me subdue my flesh and follow you! Help me bring my attitudes, desires and emotions under your control and leadership. Let me receive my instructions and guidance from you. Flesh I speak to you and give you your walking papers. Flesh you are fired! Holy Spirit help me walk in the divine order that my Father in heaven has established. Holy Spirit fill me with your peace, your joy and your love! In Jesus Name I Pray!

We must crucify the flesh with its passions and desires. If we are going to live in the spirit, we must walk in it. We have to walk it out. We have to bring our body under. These are choices we have to make.The devil comes to stop us from walking in divine order because he wants us to walk in his “undivine order.” Satan wants us to operate in the order which brings chaos, sin, darkness, want and death. God wants us to operate in His divine order, but to do so we must operate by the spirit. We have been given that power!
Yes, we’ve been given power to walk on serpents, scorpions and all the powers of the enemy. There are many promises throughout the Word of God that tell us that God has given us authority over all devils, including our flesh and our minds. We don’t have to tolerate the devil.
