Truly, we are made for God. We’ve been called and created to worship Him. We were created to worship God…think about that. In heaven, we will worship Him continually. He calls us to do that here.

When I think about being made for God this scripture comes to mind. All things were created by Jesus and for Jesus We were created to worship Him. The birds we hear singing all day have this understanding. This understanding is also known as instincts. The birds Know nothing more than singing away all day. In reality what they are doing is using their God given gift to worship their creator. They may not have the understanding that is what they are doing, but remember man is the only creation with intellect and reason. Every other creation of God lives based on instincts. Our instincts should be to worship God, follow God and be like God.
What you worship will dictate how you live your life. The first four Commandments of the Ten Commandments given in Exodus are all about worshipping God. To have no other idols before you is a command. An idol is a representation or symbol of something we worship. It’s anything that is treasured, sought after or cared for more than God Himself.
Satan’s number one goal is to raise idols in our lives. The devil knows that the worship of idols will bring humanity into enslavement under his power. The devil doesn't really care what you worship as long as you don’t worship God.

Let us worship our God with all we have. Let us not have any idols before us and allow anything to take God's place. God commands us not to have any idols, The devil want us to worship everything but God. We must remember that we were created by God in His image and For God. Our life is not our own it is to God who we belong! Trust in Him today. Worship Him today, and place your life in HIs hands and allow Him to continue to make us into the person He has intended us to be since the beginning of time. Remember we were made by God for God. Lets start living like we believe it!
Prayer:
Father help be more like you! Help me remember that I was made by you but also for you. Let me have a day filled with you and your presence as you continue to change me into being more like you! Father i recognize I was made by you and made for you. Use me however you desire and strengthen me to accomplish all you have for me to do today!
